UPAFA needed a modern academic journal publishing platform to manage paper submissions, peer reviews, and publications for their educational research community.
Challenge
Academic publishing requires complex workflows — from submission to peer review to publication. The system needed to manage multiple journals, reviewer assignments, and version control of papers.
Solution
